You do not need to use our order form to place your order. If you are writing or faxing us, please make sure that you write your order on the letterhead of your establishment (school, local authority, gym club etc.). If you wish to email your order, please click here to go to our automated enquiry form.

If you wish to use our simple e-order form, click on the icon to the right. This will download a pdf version of the e-order form. You can complete this form online by clicking in the box next to where you want to enter text, and then pressing TAB to move between fields, or if you prefer just print it out then fill it in in pen and fax it to us.

When you have completed the form, press the PRINT button at the foot of the page and then fax or post the form to us in the normal way, or press the EMAIL button to send us a small datafile of your order. If you wish, you can save the form and attach it to an email and send it to sales@contisports.co.uk.

We always send out an order acknowledgement of your order within about 3 business days. If you have not received your acknowledgement within say one week, please contact us to confirm we received your order.
