New CIS Scheme

Continental Sports used to hold a CIS 5 card. As the CIS scheme changed in April 2007, it is now an obligation of the Contractor to confirm the tax status of the sub-contractor, rather than an obligation of the sub-contractor to prove his status by providing a CIS 5 certifying document. Insurance certificates

Public / products and employers' liability insurance. For your and our peace of mind, we maintain a high level of insurance cover which is above that normally required for the projects we undertake - £10million of public / products liability and £10million of employers' liability insurance. Confirmation from HSBC regarding liability insurances in place 

Professional indemnity insurance
In addition to the product liability insurance shown above, we also maintain £3m of professional indemnity insurance in respect of any professional advice we give that is unrelated to our products or workmanship
Contractors all risks
We maintain £300k of contract works insurance
