Continental are delighted to be supporting the British Gymnastics National Club Conference and Awards 2011 which is being held at the International Conference Centre, Telford on 25th and 26th June.

The 2011 theme is ‘Building Your Club’ and will focus on helping clubs become more sustainable and ‘business like’ with many of the keynotes, demonstrations and workshops being based on this.

British Gymnastics has pulled together an array of inspirational speakers and workshops. The keynote speaker this year will be American Jeff Metzger, Founder of Small Business Boot Camp in the USA. Jeff has gained international recognition by delivering a variety of speeches and workshops across the globe.

A team from Continental Sports will be available throughout the event and will be pleased to assist with any advice on equipment for your existing club or to help advise on fitting out your new club or extension.  With the contingent from Continental will be Jon Fuller who recently joined the company to focus on the gymnastics side of the business.  Jon was a National champion gymnast and competed Internationally for Great Britain on numerous occassions and will be pleased to meet old friends and discuss your equipment requirements.

On hand will also be many of the British Gymnastics staff who will be passing on their knowledge and experience, plus keeping you up to date with any new products and programmes.

The conference will see the launch of British Gymnastics, Gymnastics for All programme, opening up more opportunities for all to get involved in gymnastics and valuing all those involved.

The conference will offer invaluable advice on how to maximise the potential of your club using effective initiatives and case studies from leading pioneers within the gymnastics community. There will be fantastic networking opportunities along with a varied programme which will assist delegates with their club developments.

The conference is aimed at club managers, head coaches, competitive and recreational coaches, welfare officers, judges, teachers and education sector employees and students and any others who feel they may benefit from attending the conference.
