- 2-bay cricket cage set
Our
standard set results in 2 no. 3.6m wide bays,
10.8m long x 2.7m high
Uprights
and top rods are manufactured from 3mm thick 42.4mm
diameter tubular steel.
The
rods are held together with elbow joints with
grub screws.
Uprights
fit into 457mm deep ground sockets and top rods
come with net hanging hooks.
All
metal work is galvanised.
Each
bay is 3.6m wide. (the width recommended by the
ECB)
The
standard set is complete with 2 no.11m long batting
end reinforced needle punched carpets, each 2.74m
wide and complete with shockpads.
Please
note: The above cricket cages are
supply only items and require self assembly, with
sockets setting into concrete. We recommend that
the sockets are set in 300m cubes of concrete,
with the socket top flush with the ground level,
and the top of the concrete at least 150mm below
ground level to allow for back filling.
Additional builders work is necessary
to install the wicket, onto which the supplied
shockpad and carpet is installed
